Before on a run in my vibrams :) and after deadlifts the next day haha my legs/feet/shins/calves are hating on me.

Lifted like a boss and ran like a boss. Didn’t actually lose that much time on my run despite being new to barefoot, 12km sub 50 in vibrams isn’t too bad considering I stopped to flex out my tendons. :) Just remember how amazing life is guys seriously, IT’S AMAZING I’M TELLING YOU KNOW!
